Because every single flower box is custom created, "Le Charme Fleur" DOES NOT accept returns. Should there ever be a problem with your order, please send us an email lecharmefleur@gmail.com and we will be sure to resolve it. Additionally, notwithstanding the foregoing, if your order is already in the process of being created, it can't be cancelled for any reason whatsoever. Note that a same day order can't be cancelled under any circumstances.
